APMA 2023
The 1st Asia‑Pacific Marketing Academy Annual Conference (APMA 2023) was jointly organized by the School of Business, Sun Yat‑sen University, and the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Macau in Guangzhou on 22–25 September 2023. The conference invited more than 30 academic and 20 industry guests, and attracted representatives from 15 countries. The opening‑ceremony speakers included Vice President Prof. Zhongzhi TAI (Sun Yat-sen University), Vice Rector Prof. King Man HUI (University of Macau), Prof. Yuping CHEN (Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Marketing Science), Prof. Roderick John BRODIE (Founding President of the Australian and New Zealand Marketing Academy), and Prof. Jill LEI (Head of the Department of Management and Marketing at the University of Melbourne).
APMA 2023 was conducted entirely in English to ensure international, cutting‑edge communication. In this conference, keynote speakers included Prof. Thomas KRAMER (Co‑Editor, Journal of Consumer Psychology), Prof. Yuxin CHEN (Senior Editor, Marketing Science), Prof. Leonard LEE (Associate Editor, Journal of Consumer Research), and other leading scholars and business executives.
