The Asia-Pacific Marketing Academy Annual Conference (APMA 2026) will be held in a "one conference, two locations" format, jointly hosted in Macao, China, and the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, Guangdong. Conference sessions will be held at the Hengqin International Science and Technology Innovation Center from June 5 to June 6, 2026.

Two designated partner hotels near the Hengqin Innovation Center are available for conference attendees: the Hilton Garden Inn Hengqin and the Hilton Garden Inn Hengqin Star River (room rate: approximately RMB 400 per night). The two hotels are only about 200 meters apart, with a walking distance of around 5 minutes, offering convenient access.

The working dinner on June 6 will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Hengqin. Non-student attendees are recommended to prioritize booking at the Hilton Garden Inn Hengqin (a booking link will be published on the conference website soon).

Attendees holding a Single-Entry Permit for Macao should not enter Macao in advance. Instead, they should proceed directly to the Hengqin International Science and Technology Innovation Center in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone to attend the conference, to avoid potential travel disruptions due to visa restrictions. 

Conference sessions will be held at the Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST), Taipa Campus, on June 7, 2026.

Transportation and Accommodation Arrangements for June 7:

On the morning of June 7, multiple cross-border shuttle buses (travel time approximately 30–40 minutes) will be arranged to transport attendees to the Macau University of Science and Technology, Taipa Campus. Volunteers will assist with luggage handling. There are several high-quality accommodation options near the MUST Taipa Campus. The conference organizing committee is currently negotiating special rates with hotels, and updated information will be provided soon: Luxury Hotels (reference price on Trip.com approximately RMB 700 per night, 10–15 minutes by shuttle bus) Additionally, in the Taipa city area, about three bus stops from the venue, there are several budget-friendly hotels with good value (reference price on Trip.com: approximately RMB 500 per night, 10 minutes by taxi or 30 minutes by bus).

Special Reminder:

If attendees do not have travel plans in Macao on June 8, they may choose to return to the Hilton Garden Inn Hengqin or Hilton Garden Inn Hengqin Star River via the arranged cross-border shuttle after the closing banquet.However, please note that attendees holding a Single-Entry Permit for Macao will not be able to re-enter Macao.
