Submission Guidelines

Submission Period: January 1 – March 31, 2026 (Beijing Time)

Language of Submission: English

Formatting Requirements: Please follow the submission guidelines of the Journal of Marketing.

Submission Categories:


Category A: Regular Conference Papers

Themes: A1. Consumer Behavior; A2. Marketing Strategy; A3. Marketing Models

Topics: a1. Advanced Research Methods; a2. Marketing Technology; a3. Consumer Well-Being and Health Behavior; a4. Marketing and ESG; a5. Customer Behavior Insights; a6. Product and New Product Management; a7. Brand Management; a8. Service Marketing; a9. Marketing Channels; a10. Marketing Communication; a11. Promotion and Sales Management; a12. Pricing Management; a13. Social Marketing; a14. International Marketing; a15. Others (please specify).


Category B: Doctoral Forum Papers

The first author must be a currently enrolled doctoral student who has not defended their dissertation by June 2026.

Themes:  B1. Consumer Behavior; B2. Marketing Strategy; B3. Marketing Models


Category C: Marketing Academic Job Market Forum

Each submission must be accompanied by a curriculum vitae a curriculum vitae in both English and Chinese, and an abstract outlining the content of the job talk presentation.


Category D: Thematic Cluster Submissions

Each thematic parallel forum requires a group submission of at least five papers focused on a common research theme.


Note: Submissions may be in the form of a Full Paper or an Extended Abstract. Only Full Papers will be considered for Best Paper Awards. High-quality submissions in Category A and Category B, as determined through a double-blind peer review process, will be invited to participate in the High-Quality Paper Development Workshop.
