I.Registration Fees(RMB/HKD):

Notes:

• Conference fees can be paid in RMB or HKD with a 1:1 exchange rate.
• RMB payers will receive a China Mainland invoice (item: Conference Fee).
• HKD payers will receive an English invoice (item: Conference Fee).
• The Gala Dinner on June 7 includes the closing ceremony, awards presentation, and a formal banquet at a resort hotel.
• Workshop attendees will receive a Mainland China invoice (for RMB payers) or an English invoice (for HKD payers); the item will be listed as "Conference Fee."

II. Bank Transfer:
Participants can pay the conference registration fee through the official conference registration system. In addition to online payment, bank transfer is also supported. Please note that any bank transfer fees must be covered by the participant. Include the following reference in your transfer: APMA 26 + Registration Number + Your Name.After completing the transfer, please email a screenshot of the bank transfer confirmation to the Conference Secretariat at: apma2026@iccmacao.com.

III. On-site Payment:

• On-site payment accepts cash or card. Registration information must be completed on-site.
• On-site registration does not qualify for early-bird discounts.

IV. Refund Policy:
Registration fees are paid via the conference registration system or bank transfer. Once the fee is paid, the Organizing Committee is unable to provide refunds if a participant is unable to attend for any reason. Thank you for your understanding.
